These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VIRELITH API platform and the snowping.com website, operated by VIRELITH LOGIC LABS LLC. By creating an account or calling the API, you agree to these Terms.
VIRELITH provides a unified API gateway that wraps third-party AI models, along with related integration, monitoring and support services. Features and supported models may change as providers evolve.
Plans are billed monthly in advance; usage-based charges are billed in arrears as described on our pricing page. Fees exclude taxes, which are your responsibility where applicable. Overdue accounts may be suspended after notice.
We work to keep the platform reliable and monitor availability around the clock. Where an uptime SLA is included in your plan or order form, its terms apply. Otherwise, the service is provided on a best-effort basis and "as is".
You own your customer data and the content you send through the API. VIRELITH LOGIC LABS LLC owns the platform, software and brand elements. Model outputs are subject to the terms of the underlying model providers.
Except as expressly stated, the service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIRELITH LOGIC LABS LLC’s aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk, with notice where practicable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming.
We may modify these Terms with notice for material changes; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
